Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage & Control Tooling system
Responsible for drawings of new tools and their maintenance
Order and procure required tools
Actively participate in the process of new product development
Manage inventory of all types of tools used in the company
Develop and monitor overall process quality through audits
Ensure proper storage system of all the tools
Plan & manage tooling visuals & transportation
Ensure proper & regular tooling maintenance
Make proper arrangement for tooling system
Responsible for set up reduction and tooling improvement.
Coordinate daily rejection meetings for SBUs and discuss the outcomes monthly with the
senior management team.
Take measure to reduce tooling related rejections
Set and maintain controls and documentation procedures
Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional
teams.
Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to meet production goals.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and industrial automation.
Understanding of quality control methods, lean manufacturing, and continuous
improvement processes.
Knowledge of abrasive products manufacturing processes, including grinding, cutting, and
polishing techniques.
Actively participate in the process of new product development
Co-ordinate for all the EHS compliances
