Engineer Tool Room

As an Engineer Tool Room (Press Parts Stamping) at Talegaon, MIDC, your role will involve the design, development, and manufacturing of Progressive Tools for precision components on a 600 Ton Press. You will be responsible for products like Cylinder Head Gasket, Heat Shield, and Oil Cooler. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and manufacturing Progressive Tools for precision components - Planning and controlling Tool Room activities across all 3 shifts - Designing and drawing Press Tools using CAD software - Supervising Tool Room operations across all shifts - Knowledge of costing and implementing cost reduction strategies - Coordinating with Tool Room Suppliers for job work - Familiarity with Hydraulic Press ranging from 400 to 800 tons - Understanding of IATF Quality Management System including FMEA, PPAP - Ensuring safety on the shop floor - Leading Kaizen and Cost Reduction projects - Implementing Mistake Proofing projects - Controlling rejection and rework with CAPA methodology - Utilizing SAP PP Module effectively Qualifications required for this role include: - BE Mech / DME with Diploma in Press Tool Design & Manufacturing - 5 to 6 years of experience in the design and development of Cylinder Head Gaskets, Heat Shield, Oil Cooler Progressive Press Tools Manufacturing, and Precision press components - Experience with Progressive Dies on 600 T Capacity Press - Knowledge of suppliers like Erlinger Klinger, Tenneco Gasket, JBM Auto, Rucha Engineers, Badve Engg, Panse Autocamp, Mungi Pressings, Reliable auto This is a full-time position that requires your presence at the workplace.
