Job Description

Testing & Troubleshooting Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain
mobile test stations
with strong troubleshooting capability.
Perform
fixture breakdown analysis, troubleshooting, and fixture-related failure investigations
.
Work with vendors to conduct
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
and
Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA)
.
Support
line bring-up
, execute
GRR (Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility)
and
CPK (Process Capability)
studies, and ensure compliance with all test policies.
Conduct
distribution analysis
and provide data-driven insights for process improvements.
Prepare, update, and maintain
validation reports
in customer-defined formats.
Upload required test and validation documents into
RADAR
or other designated portals.
Ensure adherence to
NPI test processes
and support new product introduction builds.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Telecommunication/related field.
4- 8 years of experience in
testing, fixture troubleshooting, and failure analysis
in electronics or mobile manufacturing.
Strong understanding of
mobile test stations, GRR, CPK, and test validation processes
.
Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Experience working with vendor teams for technical resolutions.

Preferred Skills

Experience in
NPI / new product builds
.
Knowledge of RADAR or similar reporting platforms.
Exposure to electronics manufacturing test lab operations.
