Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Monitor key performance indicators such as PPM and downtime
Follow and complete daily equipment check sheets
Participate in Kaizen (continuous improvement) activities
Carry out actions based on Failure Analysis (FA)
Focus on preventive and predictive maintenance
Follow equipment SOPs and work instructions (WI)

Preferred candidate profile

Education:

Experience Required:

Knowledge

Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge
Awareness of 5S practices
Able to listen, speak, read, and write in English

Skills

Basic understanding of pneumatic systems
Knowledge of heater control wiring and sensor wiring
Basic analytical skills

Abilities

Responsible and reliable
Willingness to learn and grow
Ability to solve problems
Basic communication skills
