Job Title: Junior Engineer – Injection Molding (2–3 Years Experience)

Engineer – Injection Molding (5+ Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance

• Execute scheduled maintenance tasks on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of maintenance activities and machine performance.

Troubleshooting & Repairs

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in molding machines.
• Assist senior engineers in resolving breakdowns and minimizing production downtime.

Machine Setup & Calibration

• Support machine setup for new production runs.
• Ensure accurate calibration of parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare maintenance reports and update machine history files.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to senior staff.

Safety & Compliance

• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and ensure machines meet operational standards.
• Participate in audits and inspections related to equipment maintenance.

Machine Knowledge

• Hands-on experience with machines such as JSW, Milacron, L&T, Engel, Jonwai, CLF, Hiten, etc.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in injection molding machine maintenance and operations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safety compliance.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused.
