Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Site Survey Coordination, Transmission line Survey Checking.
Responsible to manage and supervise the installation and complete execution of solar power plant
Coordinating with Civil & Electrical Contractors for Execution and Ensure Timely Completion as per Schedule.
Preparing Daily, Weekly and monthly Progress reports.
Develop detailed plan for ground-mounted solar installations, including PV system layouts and cable sizing calculations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solar systems into overall project plans. Supervising supporting staff and understanding the Electricals Layouts. Coordinating with Govt officials, Lender for smooth execution of work .
Conduct site visits to assess existing infrastructure, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Develop solar projects from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Ensure timely completion of projects by managing schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-10 years of experience in Execution related field (
Solar Industry Must
).
Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. Civil or Electrical).
Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies such as solar power generation systems.

Candidate should be willing to relocate to Maharashtra or Karnataka Locations based on requirement.
