Job Description Role & Responsibilities: Preparation of proto type planning as per project timeline Proto type BoM management as per the inputs from design team Co-ordination with NPD team and suppliers for MRD of proto parts Establish and close working with SCM team for proto type parts availability as per the project plan Verification of proto type design for manufacturing feasibility in DMU level Co-ordination with various plant locations E-bus plant, E-truck plant and the relevant stores for efficient material movement and management for carry over parts Proto build issue management Liason with local vendors for faster and efficient proto type building Ensure vehicle sign off before start of testing with all relevant stake holders Educational Qualification, experience, skills & knowledge: Education: Diploma/BE / B.Tech / Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial Production. Experience: 4 to 6 years in proto type vehicle building. Skills and Knowledge: Good Interpersonal and Communication skills. Knowledge of the Bus and Truck proto assembly process Competencies & cultural requirements: Expert in resolving proto type build related concerns/issues on-time and Quick First level analysis and in-depth root causing capabilities. Exposure to Cross-functional and multi-cultural working environment Good Team Player and comfortable to work in Plant & field environment.
