Job Description

We are a Fire Fighting Licenced Agency, System Integrator for Fire & Safety which also includes Designing, Audits & AMCs in various organisation. Details as follows: - Role: Support Engineer Department: Technical Support (O&M) Job Description Project Design Estimation & Back Office support Engineering, handling activities of Engineering Back Office. Coordinate with the client and prepare the sales offers from ERP software as per the customer requirements. Respond to the clients with regards to their received inquiries within the defined timeline. Drawing & Preparing Project Estimation - error-free offer/proposal within the given timeline. Education: Diploma/ Degree in Engineering - (Fire / Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics) Ø AutoCad is a must Experience: Ø Min 1 to 3 years experience of Engineer support profile. Ø Excellent in preparing offers and its tracking, follow-up, responding to any changes in offer and updating the changes etc. Ø Familiar with working in ERP Softwares/ CRM. Ø Knowledge of ISO / Tender documentation will be desired. Ø Female Candidates preferred. Fresher may also apply. Ø Knowledge of Tenders & Bid Submission will be an added advantage.
