Job Description

To operate the machine as per process parameter of the machine.
To manage the two causal worker during running and stand by operation of the machine.
To teach them how to weight the reel, pack the reel into box and box placing on to the pallet.
To fill all the documents related to slitting operation whatever in present or will come in future.
To maintain the house keeping standard around the machine.
To coordinate the maintenance team members during breakdown and preventive maintenance period.
During operation if there is any type of fault in the machine quickly report to maintenance.
To slit the material as per PO given instruction.
To check the packing and box placing of finished good on to the pallets.
If there is any quality problem in the material report to Q.A. person.
If there is any quality related defect into the material affix the sample and sticker on the roll.
To operate the doctoring machine depending upon curmastances.
To handover the machine to your authorised reliever only.
