Job Description

Responsibility:

Lead the electrical design and engineering efforts for assigned projects from concept through commissioning.
Develop detailed electrical design packages including single-line diagrams, schematics, cable schedules, and layout drawings.
Perform technical calculations such as load analysis, short circuit studies, and voltage drop assessments.
Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications (e.g., IEC, NEC, IEEE).
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, civil, instrumentation, and automation engineers.
Review and approve vendor documentation and equipment specifications.
Support procurement activities by preparing technical specifications and evaluating vendor bids.
Participate in project planning, scheduling, and progress reviews.
Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
