Role Objective
To manage execution and supervision of MEP works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute and monitor MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) at site.
* Review shop drawings, installation methods, and material approvals.
* Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to quality and safety norms.
* Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
* Coordinate with civil and structural teams to resolve site issues.
* Report progress, deviations, and challenges to the Manager – MEP.
* Ensure proper documentation of MEP works as per client/consultant requirements.
Qualification & Experience
* B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
* 6–10 years of experience in MEP execution in industrial projects.
Key Skills
* Site execution & supervision
* Technical drawing review
* QA/QC coordination
* Site team & subcontractor handling
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Timely completion of assigned works
* Quality compliance & inspection clearances
* Effective coordination with other disciplines
* Accuracy of site documentation

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹63,000.00 per month
