As an MEP Manager, your role involves managing the execution and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at the site. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with design specifications, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to project schedules. Key Responsibilities: - Execute and monitor MEP works at the site, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installations. - Review shop drawings, installation methods, and material approvals to ensure compliance with standards. - Supervise subcontractors and ensure their adherence to quality and safety norms. - Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning activities for MEP systems. - Coordinate with civil and structural teams to resolve any site-related issues effectively. - Regularly report progress, deviations, and challenges to the Manager MEP. - Ensure proper documentation of all MEP works as per client and consultant requirements. Qualification & Experience: - B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. - Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in MEP execution within industrial projects. Key Skills: - Proficiency in site execution and supervision. - Ability to review technical drawings accurately. - Coordination skills for QA/QC activities. - Experience in managing site teams and subcontractors effectively. As an MEP Manager, your performance will be evaluated based on the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Timely completion of assigned works. - Compliance with quality standards and successful inspection clearances. - Effective coordination with other disciplines involved in the project. - Accuracy and completeness of site documentation. This is a full-time position that requires your presence at the work location in person.
