Engineer - Sales & Service

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will have a Diploma in engineering specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics. You may be a Fresher or possess one to two years of experience in sales and service. Your key responsibilities will include: - Delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) proposals to showcase product features and benefits. - Assisting Managing Partner/Partner with the technical aspects of the sales process by providing product knowledge and supporting negotiations. - Providing pre-sales technical support and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and troubleshoot issues. - Acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service. - Gathering customer feedback and market insights to contribute to customer support and product improvement. Your essential skills will encompass: - Being willing to travel and having a go-getter attitude. - Possessing good communication and presentation skills with a willingness to learn and explore. - Demonstrating a consultative sales style focused on helping clients find the best-fit solutions rather than just selling a product. - Having the ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
