Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage and oversee inventory control, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, material movement, and stock reconciliation.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Implement and monitor inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage.
Conduct regular physical stock audits and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of materials.
Support warehouse layout planning and material handling equipment maintenance.
Analyze material usage patterns and assist in forecasting inventory requirements.
Prepare reports on inventory status, consumption trends, and stock variances for management review.
Facilitate smooth coordination between stores and other departments to meet production schedules.
