Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of LV/HV power cables through routine and type testing, inspection, and process control. The role involves implementing QA procedures, analyzing test data, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing quality.

Conduct cable testing: High Voltage, Partial Discharge (PD), and Insulation Resistance tests.
Implement QA/QC processes for conductor, insulation, armoring, and sheathing stages.
Perform root cause analysis, CAPA, and non-conformance management.
Ensure compliance relevant standards.
Maintain QA documentation, reports, and audit records.
Collaborate with production and design teams for quality improvement initiatives.
