Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Collect data for line rejection to identify and reduce defects.
Resolve child part issues affecting production quality.
Handle inspection tools and gauges to ensure accurate measurements.
Check and prepare inspection reports for all incoming materials.
Perform timely ERP entries related to inspection and quality.
Analyze incoming material issues and rejections with the department head.
Maintain IATF documents and records for audit and compliance.
Monitor FIFO system across all processes.
Track incoming material rejection PPM for quality control.
Manage QA inspection manpower based on production needs.
Maintain 5S practices on the shop floor.
Implement Kaizen improvements for continuous process enhancement.
Plan incoming inspections as per production or advance schedule.
Prepare supplier and quality ratings based on performance.
Handle and trace child parts in the store efficiently.
