Job Description

Engineer - Quality Engineering

Developing and implementing quality control systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Conducting regular inspections and audits of production processes to identify and address any potential quality issues.
Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, root causes of quality issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance product quality.
Leading and participating in quality-related projects, including new product development and process optimization.
Providing technical expertise and support to production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues and challenges.
Developing and maintaining quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and specifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the precision machining industry.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools, such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and statistical process control.
Proven track record of implementing quality improvements and driving operational excellence initiatives.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
