You will be responsible for conducting the activity of Installation & commissioning of BTS and Integration, as well as conducting surveys and sharing infra requisitions with the client. Ensuring Network uptime through preventive maintenance of BSC sites and managing effective fault management in case of fault occurrence will also be part of your key accountabilities. You will assist field engineers in performing their assigned activities at BTS locations, identify BSC/RNC/BTS problems, and communicate them to key stakeholders. Furthermore, carrying out root cause analysis concerning products on the field and ensuring compliance with site risk control, OHS, environmental, and quality requirements as per company norms will be crucial. It is important to follow the protocols/policies laid by the Project Manager and implement the same at the site. Your basic skill requirements will include the ability to operate active equipment installed at BSC and BTS sites such as BSC, indoor and outdoor BTS, cables, connectors, Microwaves (TDM and IP based), TRX, and optical fiber. Additionally, you should be able to utilize appropriate test and measurement equipment like E1 tester, Ethernet tester, and VSWR meter. Possessing additional certifications like PTID, Farm Tocli, and being medically fit to work at height will be beneficial. In terms of qualifications, you should be a Graduate in Engineering or hold a Diploma in Engineering in Electronics/Telecommunication. With 3-5 years of experience, preferably in the Telecom industry, you will be well-equipped to handle the responsibilities of this role. Demonstrating attributes such as an analytical approach, customer-centricity, excellent communication & reporting skills, and being a good relationship builder will be essential for success in this position. Your interactions will primarily be internal with Delivery, PMO, Health & Safety, and Quality departments, as well as external interactions with Vendors and Suppliers. As for compensation, the range offered for this position is between 2.35L to 2.40L.,
