As a Circle Delivery Head in Maharashtra Pune, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Conducting the activity of Installation & commissioning of BTS and Integration. - Conducting surveys and sharing the infra requisition to the client. - Ensuring Network uptime through preventive maintenance of BSC site. - Managing effective fault management in case of fault occurrence. - Assisting field engineers in performing their assigned activities at BTS locations. - Identifying the BSC/RNC/BTS problems & communicating them to the key stakeholders. - Carrying out root cause analysis concerning the products on the field. - Ensuring compliance with site risk control, OHS, environmental, and quality requirements as per company norms. - Following the protocols/policies laid by the Project Manager and implementing them at the site. Basic Skill Requirements: - Ability to operate active equipment installed at BSC and BTS sites like BSC, indoor and outdoor BTS, cables, connectors, Microwaves (TDM and IP based), TRX, optical fiber. - Ability to utilize appropriate test and measurement equipment such as E1 tester, Ethernet tester, VSWR meter. - Additional Certification in PTID, Farm Tocli, Medically fit to work at height. Qualification Required: - Educational Qualifications: Graduate in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering in Electronics/Telecommunication. - Experience: 3-5 years, preferable in the Telecom industry.
