Engineer- Planning and Coordination

We are looking for a dedicated Planning & Coordination Engineer with at least 1.5 years of experience in the façade industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring timely execution, and assisting with technical and commercial tasks. Candidates with experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) will have an added advantage.

• Assist in planning and scheduling of façade projects from design to execution
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site execution teams
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and site progress
• Handle documentation, drawings, and progress reports
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Support in QS tasks: material take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation (preferred)

• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the façade/cladding industry
• Knowledge of façade systems and project workflows
• Experience in QS is a plus
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel
• Strong communication and coordination skills
