Job Description

The Engineer – PC&L is responsible for production planning, material planning & issuing supplier schedule based on sales forecast and ensuring maintenance of inventory within agreed norms and ensuring uninterrupted supplies to production lines with 100% of on-time delivery.

Responsible for production planning, material planning & issuing supplier schedule based on sales forecast and ensuring maintenance of inventory within agreed norms and ensuring uninterrupted supplies to production lines with 100% of on-time delivery.
Capability to do planning of In-house production and decide raw material. Work-in-process and finished goods inventory levels.
Plan production control activities to improve runtime while maintaining high quality, timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Plan, schedule and monitor material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations.
Work with materials department in material planning and analysis to reduce inventory level.
Track material shortages and provide immediate resolution.
Monitor inventory status and generate inventory reports to Manager.
Perform inventory management according to company policies.
