Strong knowledge of PRI, nodes like SBC, ONT, OLT, PON, FTTH, strong knowledge of Huawei and Nokia Router & Switches, should be familiar with traditional voice and IP telephony call flows with IMS architecture knowledge. Must have knowledge of TDM & SIP PRI/protocols. He/she should be capable enough to coordinate with cross functional teams to drive and close loop any issues.
Drive different KPIs like SLA/MTTR/repeat reduction.
Being in operation availability should be 24*7 (whenever required). Ability to deep down any issues against high ageing cases.
Good enough to have MS-EXCEL/PPT knowledge to prepare different reports/data to govern the operation, people management skills, good communications skill to handle B2B customers' escalations. Ownership mindset and agility to learn new things.
