Job Description

Diploma in NTTF / CIPET / GTTC / CTTC or Equivalent with 3-8 yrs of experience.
Handling team of 8-12 members & able to work in shifts as supervisor.
Having hands on experience to handle 200+ moulds running in production .
Automotive moulds experience will be added advantage.
Handle mould break down , do analysis with proper analysis & work for improvement on break down moulds Able to plan & monitor Preventive maintenance yearly, half yearly & monthly plan.
Basic knowledge of all M/C and Operating and doing work according to drawing.
Hands on experience on MS office to make monthly MIS data for mould maintained.
Knowledge on Improvement for MMTR & MTTB and make monthly report.
Work in continuous mould improvement for cycle time.
Knowledge of hot runner installation & maintenance Awareness of descaling , gate balancing Trouble shooting for mould rectifications of burn mark, flashes , fumes etc.
Having exposure for high temperature moulds more than 150 degree / peek & PPS plastic material.
Spare management capability as per running moulds.
ISO / IATF documentation exposure.
Maintain monthly report for PM & spare management . Lead External audit for IATF / Mace / All existing customer
