Preparation of Design Basis Report / Overall philosophy. Preparation of Fire Fighting System, Fire & Gas Detection & Alarm System Layouts Such as Hydrant, Sprinkler, Spray, Foam systems, Detection & Extinguisher Locations, Cause and Effect Matrix etc., Preparation of RFQ / Technical Specifications & Data sheets for Fire Fighting and Detection & Alarm System Components. Preparation of Bill of quantities for Fire Fighting and Detection & Alarm Systems Preparation of Technical Bid Analysis for the offers from Multiple Vendors. Co-ordination with Client, Insurance agencies, Vendors / OEM and Contractors. Note : Candidates with 5 + years' experience in handling Sprinkler systems / FMCG Projects would be preferrable.
