Job Description

Engineer - IPTV: 1. Responsible for IPTV Network & system uptime, and musthave basic knowledge of IPTV network system 2. Having good knowledge ofMPEG compression (H.264/H.265), Audio compression (AAC, DD, DD+, Dolby ATMOS), DVB S/S2, SI/PSI tables, ASI/SDI, Encryption, simulcrypt and TransportStreams etc. 3. Operation andMaintenance of Connected Boxes 4. Strong verbal\ written communication skills and able tocoordinate with the TSM/ZSM and cross-functional departments. 5. Handling Customer complaints and database maintenance. MajorChallenges 6. Process adherence & uphold the compliance guidelines. 7. Achieve High spectral efficiency with best customerexperience. 8. Tracking Competitor Services for any change related tocustomer services. Functional: - Having basic knowledge of IPTVnetwork. - Good at MS office and other reporting tools. - Technical reports / Dashboards/ presentation creation and circulation toconcern team Behavioral: - Good Analytical and CommunicationSkills. - Build collaborative relationships.
