Proven experience in hotel interiors or a related field
Excellent technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
Analytical Skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of safety regulations
Project Management
Proficiency in relevant software

Organizational and time-management skills

Duties & Responsibilities

Execute the Interior work as per the plan and ensure deadlines are met.
Supervise a team of workers, including scheduling, assigning work, and providing guidance
Checking and certification of contractors bills
Manage interior renovation or refurbishment projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
Evaluate progress and submit detailed reports to Manager.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues. Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and staff.
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles

Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments.
