Engineer - Inside Sales

As an Inside Sales Engineer at Rotomotive Powerdrives India Ltd., located in Anand/Napa, you will play a crucial role in connecting customers with the company. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, understanding their technical requirements, proposing suitable product solutions, and providing support to the external sales team. Your key responsibilities will involve promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries through various channels, such as phone, email, or CRM system. You will need to assess customer needs and suggest appropriate motor, gear, and drive products. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating precise quotations, technical offers, and commercial proposals while collaborating with application, design, and production teams to deliver customized solutions. Furthermore, you will be tasked with following up on quotations, converting leads into orders, updating customer records and sales pipeline in the CRM, and assisting the external sales team with documentation, presentations, and reporting. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. To excel in this role, you should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering coupled with at least 3 years of experience in inside sales, technical support, or application engineering, preferably in motors, drives, or industrial automation. A strong grasp of technical products and their industrial applications is essential. Your success will also hinge on your excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is required to effectively carry out your duties.
