Engineer - Implementation

Job Title: Implementation Engineer

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and configuration of SIONIQ ERP to align with client requirements.
• Perform data migration tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct training sessions for client teams, both online and offline, to facilitate system adoption.
• Develop and maintain implementation documentation, including configuration settings and training materials.
• Monitor system performance post-implementation, addressing any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with senior team members to identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling additional ERP modules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in ERP implementation or system integration.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and business process mapping.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients effectively.
• Knowledge of the jewelry industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is mandatory.
