Job Description

VAVE Coordination & Validation

Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and product testing teams to validate cost-optimized solutions for new and existing products under VAVE initiatives.
Ensure reliability, functional integrity, and certification compliance after implementing VAVE changes.

Testing & Automation

Perform hardware and software testing (black box/white box) for communication power products.
Develop and maintain automated test programs to efficiently validate VAVE modifications.
Formulate test plans, stress conditions, and procedures for evaluating new components or design changes.

Collaboration & Compliance

Work with design, procurement, reliability, and compliance teams to verify cost-optimized solutions without affecting performance.
Ensure all VAVE changes comply with UL, CE, and other international safety and certification standards.
Participate in root cause analysis for failures during VAVE validation and provide corrective action recommendations.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting

Prepare detailed test reports, risk analysis, and recommendations for each VAVE implementation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost competitiveness while maintaining high reliability and safety standards.
