Engineer - Flow Assurance

As a Flow Assurance Engineer at our company, you will work independently and be proficient in flow assurance and/or process/pipeline simulation. Your role will involve being the technical point of contact for the Customer, Contractor(s), Suppliers/Vendors, and other internal department(s). Your responsibilities will include: - Developing work scopes, proposals, and CTRs as required. - Performing detailed technical work in support of project and study work. - Leading significant flow assurance projects or individual work scope areas on large projects. - Acting as the Customer Interface when necessary. - Preparing project documents and ensuring project QA compliance. - Supporting other work as needed, which may involve studies, development work, or similar tasks. - Ensuring compliance with the Company HSE Policy and Quality Management System (QMS) and taking responsibility for safety and quality aspects of the work undertaken. To qualify for this position, you should have: - Strong technical understanding of core flow assurance and/or process/pipeline simulation technology. - Thorough working understanding of OLGA, PVTSim, PIPENET, MULTIFLASH, PIPESIM & SPS software. - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Flow Assurance Engineer. - Hands-on experience in various flow assurance activities such as well modeling, well start-up, hydrate management study, WAX analysis, sand management, corrosion study, and pipeline transient operations. - Experience in handling single-phase liquid systems for steady state and pressure surge analysis. - Strong report writing and excellent communication skills. - Exposure to HYSYS dynamics study is an advantage. - Ability to interact with clients, handle projects independently, and prepare technical proposals. You should hold a B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering, with a CGPA of 7.0 or 70% marks.
