The Flow Assurance Engineer will work independently, possessing expertise in flow assurance and/or process/pipeline simulation. You will serve as a technical contact point for the Customer, Contractor(s), Suppliers/Vendors, and internal departments. Your responsibilities will include developing work scopes, proposals, and CTRs, conducting detailed technical work for projects and studies, leading significant flow assurance projects, and interfacing with customers as necessary. Additionally, you will prepare project documents, ensure project QA compliance, and provide support for other relevant tasks as needed. It is crucial for the engineer to adhere to the Company's HSE Policy and Quality Management System (QMS). Each individual is responsible for the safety and quality of their work. Any queries or concerns regarding HSE and/or the QMS should be directed to the Project Manager or Operations Supervisor. Qualifications: - Strong technical knowledge of core flow assurance and process/pipeline simulation technology - Proficiency with software such as OLGA, PVTSim, PIPENET, MULTIFLASH, PIPESIM & SPS - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Flow Assurance Engineer - Hands-on experience in various areas including well modeling, hydrare management study, sand erosion, pipeline transient operations, and more - Familiarity with single-phase liquid systems for steady-state and pressure surge analysis - Excellent report writing and communication skills - Exposure to HYSYS dynamics study is advantageous - Ability to prepare technical proposals independently - Experience in client interaction and project management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering with a CGPA of 7.0 or 70% marks Wood is a global consulting and engineering leader, dedicated to addressing critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
