Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage finishing works for high rise residential projects, ensuring quality control and timely completion. Oversee plastering, mivan, waterproofing, flooring, painting activities to ensure compliance with project specifications. Conduct site visits to monitor progress of finishing works and identify areas for improvement. Ensure adherence to safety protocols during execution of finishing works. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve issues related to material procurement, labor management, and equipment maintenance. Desired Candidate Profile 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering or construction industry with expertise in finishing works for high rise buildings. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution. Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations governing high rise buildings. Excellent communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, contractors etc.
