Engineer Electric Tractor (Chennai)

Role: Convert product proposals and customer requirements into functional design inputs. Define vehicle architecture for new electric tractor platforms and manage complexity across EV variants from project kickoff to final design release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead vehicle architecture integration and packaging design for electric tractors

• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify risks and ensure design meets TCP targets

• Benchmark competitor electric tractors for improvements and ergonomic evaluation

• Integrate studio surfaces with engineering standards and support homologation processes

Requirements:

• B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Experience with EV architecture, vehicle packaging, and tools like NX10 and Creo

• Knowledge of full vehicle design and electric tractor development

Salary Range: 700,000 - 1,400,000 per annum
