You will play a vital role in product development and maintenance, focusing on modeling and drafting mechanical parts in NX-TC. This position reports to the Deputy Manager of Engineering and is based in Alwar. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure Metso HSE targets are prioritized in accordance with organizational legislation - Collaborate with the Lead Engineer and Project Manager for product development projects - Provide engineering solutions for product updates and new developments under the guidance of the Engineering Manager/Lead Engineer - Be prepared for cross-functional responsibilities Qualifications Required: - Hold an engineering degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university - Proficient in the English language for technical communication - Possess 4-6 years of experience in a similar Global Engineering Environment for designing and engineering products - Expertise in modeling/drafting using 3D-CAD tools, preferably NX - Experience working in a PLM environment - Knowledge of production processes such as fabrication and assembly - Familiarity with raw materials globally, specifically grades of steel and CI - Ability to perform basic engineering calculations and analysis - Understanding and interpretation of FEA reports to take necessary actions - Design components, parts, and new products considering applicability, manufacturability, cost, and complexity - Analyze and resolve complex technical site issues by defining root causes and providing solutions - Innovate and enhance existing technology Additional Company Details: Metso is a frontrunner in sustainable technologies, providing end-to-end solutions and services for the aggregates, minerals processing, and metals refining industries globally.
