As a Business Design Consultant, you will have the opportunity to engage in business transformation projects across sales, service, marketing, and pricing functions with a focus on Customer Experience. Your responsibilities will include acting as a trusted advisor to understand and analyze the client's business problems and vision. You will conduct a current state assessment with business stakeholders through workshops, questionnaires, interviews, etc. Additionally, you will analyze the collected data points and artifacts to provide meaningful insights and recommendations for future state design. Ideally, you should have a background in business consulting with a solid understanding of key enterprise business processes, customer touchpoints, journey design, design thinking, and stakeholder management. You should also be able to contribute to practice development, thought leadership, and business development activities. Furthermore, expertise in any of the following domains or functions is preferred: - Sales: B2B/B2C sales strategy, sales planning, lead and funnel management, field and territory management, CRM digital channels, operating model design, channel and touchpoint analysis, business case, and transformation roadmap. - Service: Customer service strategy, channel strategy (contact center, digital, and self-service), customer experience management, channel and touchpoint analysis, business case, transformation roadmap, analysis of customer feedback, and associated KPIs. - Marketing: B2B/B2C digital marketing strategy and roadmap, industry scan, competitor analysis, marketing operating model, marketing automation assessment and strategy, recommendations for technology improvement and investment. - Ecom: Ecom strategy, operating model, business case, and transformation roadmap. In terms of technical skills, you should have hands-on experience with Design Collaboration tools such as Mural, Miro, PowerPoint, and Visio to build and modify CX Journey flows, Personas, Service Design Flows, Process Flows, etc. It would be beneficial to have vertical and industry experience in sectors like CPG & Retail, Telecom & Media (TMT), Advanced Manufacturing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, BFSI, or CX Consulting services.
