1. Responsible for Advance and Current Quality for Automotive Products.
2. Drawing 2D & 3D, checking (Creo/ PLM) 3. Use quality tools for verification of NPD Product Quality. 4. Responsible for PPAP, APQP, 4M and change management. 5. Responsible for Providing accurate documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
6. Collaborated with teams to provide product design feedback based on results.
1. BE / B. Tech Mechanical / Production / Automobile with 4 years' experience in NPD Quality or Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Automobile with 5+ years of experience.
2. Experience in NPD Process for Automotive Electronics / Electrical parts.
3. Hands on Knowledge of Quality tools like PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, 7 QC Tools, Why -Why Analysis.
4. Good knowledge of Electrical / Electronic components manufacturing processes.
5. Good ISO Standards knowledge.
