Maintain RPA Bots: Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain existing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots to ensure flawless operation.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing of automation solutions to ensure they meet functional requirements and perform as encouraged.
Build Documentation: Develop and update technical documentation, including process flows and user guides.
Data Analysis: Collect data and generate comprehensive reports on automation performance and impact.
Research and Exploration: Investigate new automation tools, technologies, and guidelines to support continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot: Offer initial assistance for automation-related concerns, advancing intricate issues to senior team members.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, business users, and other IT departments to achieve seamless integration.
