- In this role, you will support the implementation, integration, and management of various enterprise platforms, including Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Fusion Middleware, MuleSoft, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
- You will partner with multi-functional groups to aid in the setup, testing, and resolution of issues with these systems, ensuring smooth operations and data accuracy

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in System Implementation and Integration:
- Collaborating with seasoned team members to configure, test, and deploy Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, or PLM solutions.
- Learning and helping with Fusion Middleware and MuleSoft for system integrations across various platforms.
Data Management and Analysis:
- Assisting in data migration, cleaning, and analysis.
- Ensuring the integrity of data across systems (ERP, CRM, PLM).
User Support and Troubleshooting:
- Providing basic support to users by solving issues.
- Raising complex technical issues to support business.
Documentation:
- Creating and updating technical and functional documentation for system configurations and processes.
Learning and Development:
- Actively participating in training on Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, MuleSoft, etc
- Developing skills in corporate technology tools and methodologies.
Collaboration:
- Working closely with multi-functional teams (development, business, IT) to understand business needs and assist in delivering solutions.
Compliance and Security:
- Assisting in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and security standards in software deployment.
Test Automation:
- Learn and contribute to creating, executing, and maintaining test automation scripts.
- Assist in identifying and resolving defects using automated testing tools.
Qualifications:
Education:
- bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- College graduates or students in their final year are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of SQL for querying and handling relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, etc).
- Familiarity with data migration and data integrity concepts.
- Understanding of PLM principles and how these tools help run product data and workflows.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Java , Python , or JavaScript for scripting and basic application development.
- Exposure to REST APIs and SOAP for system communication and integrations.
- Basic knowledge of cloud computing concepts and cloud platforms like AWS, Oracle Cloud, or Salesforce Cloud.
- Basic Knowledge of test automation frameworks like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or SoapUI for automated testing of enterprise applications.
- Ability to create and understand technical user documentation , such as system designs and process workflows.
- Basic familiarity with version control systems like Git to handle code and project changes.
- Awareness of security protocols and data privacy practices for enterprise systems.
- Knowledge in tools using MS Visio, MS Excel and good documentation skills.

Certifications (Preferred but not required):
