2. Diagnose and troubleshoot engine and machinery malfunctions.3. Monitor engine performance and ensure optimal operation.4. Overhaul components like pistons, cylinders, and turbochargers.5. Operate and manage engine room systems efficiently.6. Ensure compliance with maritime safety and environmental standards.7. Maintain detailed records of maintenance and inspections.8. Manage spare parts list as per requirement.
