Job Description

Role Overview: You will be leading end-to-end proposal strategy, solution design, and demo orchestration for qualified opportunities as the RFx Proposal & Solution Architecture Manager. Your role will involve interpreting customer requirements, defining win themes, and crafting high-quality proposals that clearly articulate business value and technical feasibility. You will collaborate with Sales and Solution Consultants to assess customer environments, design end-to-end architectures, and create compelling demos showcasing the power of Adobe Experience Cloud. Key Responsibilities: - Lead RFx responses for strategic opportunities by interpreting customer requirements, defining win themes, and building high-quality proposals. - Collaborate with Sales and Solution Consultants to assess customer environments, identify Experience Cloud fit, and design end-to-end architectures. - Own the proposal plan from initiation to submission, ensuring on-time, compliant, and differentiated deliverables. - Define reference architectures, integration patterns, and deployment approaches for Adobe DX solutions. - Create vision demos, microdemos, and prototype experiences to bring the proposed architecture and value story to life. - Build reusable customer-facing assets such as architecture blueprints, demo scripts, and playbooks to accelerate response velocity. - Mentor and coach the RFx and presales team on solutioning best practices and architecture patterns. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech or MBA (or equivalent) with 12-15 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or cloud-based digital experience implementations. - Strong understanding of enterprise and MarTech architecture, including expertise in at least one core area such as Customer Data Platforms, marketing automation, content management, or commerce. - Hands-on experience designing end-to-end architectures across data, content, activation, and analytics layers. - Proven experience in RFx and proposal management, including leading complex RFP/RFI responses and driving technical win outcomes. - Demonstrated demo excellence with strong storytelling and engagement skills. - Proficiency in project management, communication, writing, and presentation skills. - Comfort with productivity and design tools, with a passion for staying current on digital experience trends.
