As a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for Engagement Maintenance within the Enterprise Technology team at EY, you will be a key player in delivering services to the Mercury User Community. Your role will involve overseeing specific functional areas such as Finance, Procurement, Service Delivery/Engagement Management, and Customer Relationship Management, requiring in-depth techno-functional expertise in SAP and other applications.
