As a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for Engagement Maintenance within the Enterprise Technology team at EY, your role will be crucial in delivering services to the Mercury User Community. You will be responsible for specific functional areas such as Finance, Procurement, Service Delivery/Engagement Management, and Customer Relationship Management. This requires deep techno-functional experience in SAP and other applications.
