As a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for Engagement Maintenance within the Enterprise Technology team, you will play a crucial role in delivering services to the Mercury User Community. You will be responsible for specific functional areas such as Finance, Procurement, Service Delivery/Engagement Management, and Customer Relationship Management, requiring deep techno-functional experience in SAP and other applications. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely resolution of production incidents, collaborating with support teams, and leading incident restoration and investigation efforts. You will work closely with technologists, business specialists, and stakeholders to drive innovation, manage service performance, and develop demand plans for service requests, maintenance, and enhancements. The role requires detailed knowledge of SAP functional areas, experience in managing IT services, and strong communication and negotiation skills. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience, a minimum of 12 years of SAP experience, and expertise in managing staff, budgets, and supplier relationships. Certification in SAP and ITILv3 is preferred. Additionally, you should possess a globally aware mindset, flexibility to work in a virtual environment, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
