Role Overview: As an Engagement & Conversion Specialist, your main responsibility will be guiding prospective students through the admissions process to ensure high engagement and conversion rates from inquiry to enrolment. You will work on behalf of Acumen's strategic university partners, providing a seamless and high-quality applicant experience through phone consultations, application screenings, and follow-ups.
