Job Description

Should be well versed with HVAC/Chiller operations.
Measure and interpret energy usage and reveal flaws.
Invent and get energy saving rules and protocols into actions.
Supervise and undertake green energy solutions projects.
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international energy regulations.
Carry out energy audits and suggest the best ways to save energy.
Work with teams to include energy objectives into the operation of the facility.
Adopt new energy efficient technologies by researching and implementing them.
Formulate and track energy budgets and expenditure projections.
Arrange training and educational initiatives on energy savings for office staff.
Write reports that provide information about energy performance and sustainability outcomes.
Required skill sets and experience for the role of SME (energy manager/auditor); Analyst.
Prior professional experience in energy management, especially in HVAC/Chiller management.
Knowledge of Building Automation System (BAS)/BMS.
Knowledge of data analytic tools like MS Office, Tableau, or Power BI.
Understanding of efficiency standards, environmental regulations, and certifications.
Knowledge of Python / R programming (good to have).
Should have good knowledge of MS Excel (E2).
Time zones awareness.
Good to have working knowledge of Energy Management Softwares; expertise in building similar software inhouse is a plus.
