End User Computing Specialist

As an End User Computing Specialist at ConnectWise, you will be a part of the ITOps team in India. Your role will involve providing technical support to end users, managing hardware and software installations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems. To excel in this role, you are required to meet the following eligibility criteria and possess the necessary skills and experience: Qualification Required: - Microsoft Windows Certification - Basic working knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, VPN - Basic networking knowledge - Desktop Support experience of 2 years is mandatory - Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing) - 2-year relevant working experience Key Responsibilities: - Attend end user level technical calls and follow IT ticketing portal - Install Windows OS and set up new desktops and laptops with standard applications - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows and MacOS systems - Coordinate with OEMs/Vendors for hardware and software problems - Manage software and hardware inventory/asset management - Configure MS O365 clients and resolve related issues - Provide end user support both physically and remotely - Be willing to work in 24/7 shifts in a hybrid environment - Prepare daily reports and adhere to SEZ rules and regulations At ConnectWise, we value diversity and inclusivity, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds.
