Job Description: End User Computing

Proofpoint/IronPort/Fire eye

Key Responsibilities: Proofpoint

Monitor and maintain Proofpoint appliances and cloud services.
Analyze and resolve email delivery issues, spam filtering, and quarantine problems.
Configure policies for email encryption, DLP, and threat protection.
Perform log analysis and generate security reports.
Escalate complex issues to L3 or vendor support when required.
Ensure compliance with organizational security standards.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of SMTP, DNS, and email flow.
Experience with Proofpoint administration console.
Knowledge of anti-spam, anti-phishing, and malware protection techniques.
Familiarity with SIEM tools for log correlation.

Key Responsibilities: IronPort

Provide operational support for Cisco IronPort appliances, ensuring secure email gateway functionality and threat mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage IronPort ESA (Email Security Appliance) configurations and policies.
Troubleshoot email routing, filtering, and encryption issues.
Monitor system health and apply patches/updates.
Analyze logs for spam, virus, and policy violations.
Collaborate with network/security teams for integration and incident response.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with Cisco IronPort ESA.
Knowledge of SMTP, TLS, DKIM, SPF, and DMARC.
Ability to interpret message tracking and logs.
Familiarity with Cisco CLI and GUI for troubleshooting
