As a Group Legal Counsel based in Pune, you will be responsible for structuring, drafting, vetting, negotiation, and closing of various agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards. Your role will involve handling commercial disputes and claims, managing litigation, and providing support to internal functions such as HR, Admin, Finance, and Visa Cell with their legal matters. Conducting training seminars for employees and handling other legal matters on an as-needed basis will also be part of your responsibilities. Ideally, you should have 10-16 years of relevant experience, with expertise in Commercial service contracts. A Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent experience is required. The ability to manage a team effectively, work independently, handle pressure, meet deadlines, and possess excellent communication skills in English are essential qualities for this role. Preparing the Employment offer letters, Experience Letters & the Stamping letters for H1b, B1, B2 & H-4 US Employees Proficiency in negotiating favorable terms for pricing, confidential information, indemnification, liability, privacy, personally identifiable information, proprietary rights and security Demonstrated experience in working with legal agreements, including, but not limited to NDA, MSA, EULA, SOWs and other agreements routinely used in the contracts management sector Must be willing to work in night shift.
