We are seeking candidates with experience in Commercial service contracts, master services agreement and statements of work; consulting and independent contractor agreements; employment agreements; software license agreements; and software reseller agreements. As a Group Legal Counsel based in Pune, you will be responsible for structuring, drafting, vetting, negotiation, and closing of various agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards. Your role will involve handling commercial disputes and claims, managing litigation, and providing support to internal functions such as HR, Admin, Finance, and Visa Cell with their legal matters. Conducting training seminars for employees and handling other legal matters on an as-needed basis will also be part of your responsibilities. Ideally, you should have 10-16 years of relevant experience, with expertise in Commercial service contracts. A Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent experience is required. The ability to manage a team effectively, work independently, handle pressure, meet deadlines, and possess excellent communication skills in English are essential qualities for this role.
