Employer Branding Manager

As an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Development & Articulation specialist, your role will involve creating and articulating the value proposition offered by the employer to its employees. You will be responsible for developing strategies and executing plans for Employer Branding & Communication, ensuring a consistent and engaging message across all channels. As the Global Guideline Custodian, you will oversee compliance with established guidelines and standards on a global scale. Your contribution to the Great Place to Work (GPTW) Initiative will be crucial in fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Managing Social Media platforms to enhance the employer brand's visibility and engagement will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be involved in the development of standard templates and collateral to support various branding and communication activities. Implementing an Employee Brand Ambassador Program will be an integral part of your role to empower employees as brand advocates. Qualifications required for this role include strong communication skills, creative thinking, and the ability to develop engaging content. Experience in employer branding, social media management, and project management will be advantageous.
