Employee Experience & Insights Manager, Group Human Resources

As an HR professional at HAECO, your role involves leading group-wide initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement. Your responsibilities include: - Driving Group HR initiatives to strengthen employer branding and adoption of the Employer Value Proposition across entities - Collaborating with Entity HR teams to design and execute employee lifecycle initiatives tailored to local needs while aligned with Group strategy - Managing the employee engagement survey process, analyzing results, and implementing entity-level action plans for continuous improvement - Championing a workplace culture that embraces Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) in alignment with HAECO's Group strategy - Providing strategic support to employee network groups to foster belonging and equity - Assisting in people analytics and data governance to ensure accurate insights for enhancing the employee experience - Participating in strategic HR projects aligned with the new People Strategy In terms of qualifications and experience, you should have: - 5+ years of HR experience with a track record in driving DEIB efforts or cross-regional projects - Hands-on experience in HR project execution across the employee lifecycle and Talent Attraction - A recognized university degree preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related disciplines - Strong stakeholder engagement skills in a matrixed environment - Agile mindset, proactive approach, and commitment to achieving team goals - Excellent command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written, with fluency in Putonghua - Proficiency in MS Offices; Knowledge of PowerBI and Canva is an advantage Join HAECO to build your career and contribute to something bigger.
